yes, we're still here

i know it's been a long time since i've posted anything, and what few people were reading this have probably given up checking it, but we're back. had some problems with our picture program. i found this feature on it that will scan all your pictures and sort them by person. i thought it sounded pretty cool, so i started it. well, it's not so smart sometimes at recognizing people, so you have to tell it who someone is. plus, either because of the program itself our our dinosaur of a computer, it took FOREVER to run the thing. and while it was running, i wasn't able to load the pictures on my camera into the computer, which also meant that i couldn't take any more pictures because the camera was full. i just got the pictures off my camera tonight. i might have been able to do it sooner, but i tried about a month ago, and that program was still running. anyway, i'm having to re-learn how to post on this thing and how to get the pictures like i want them, but i'll try to be more consistent with it from here on. i'll be back soon with some pictures from the aubry family gathering we had here in march.
